We'd Love to Hear From You

No distance is too great for a conversation

Whether you need support for yourself or someone you care for, want to volunteer or donate, or simply want to find out more about what we do, we would love to hear from you.

We are based in Inverness but serve the whole Highlands region. We aim to reply to every enquiry within two working days, and if your need is urgent, please say so and we will do our best to respond the same day.

Urgent support
If your need is urgent β€” for example, a hospital discharge without adequate care in place β€” please mark your message accordingly and we will do our best to respond the same day.

Not sure if we can help? Please get in touch anyway. We would far rather have a conversation and discover we are not the right fit than have someone go without support they need. We know the local landscape and will always try to point you in a helpful direction.

Other Ways to Reach Us

Drop-ins, outreach visits, and more

If you are based in a rural area and find it difficult to reach Inverness, remember that our outreach programme brings us to communities across the Highlands on a rolling monthly schedule. Dates and locations for upcoming drop-in visits are posted on notice boards in local libraries, GP surgeries, and community halls β€” or you can call our office to find out when we are next coming to your area.

Our telephone and video support line is also available Monday to Friday, nine to five, for anyone who prefers a conversation to written communication. You do not need an appointment β€” just call, and one of our trained advocates will speak with you.

For GP practices, social work teams, and NHS staff wishing to make a referral, our office can provide a referral form and a direct contact number for our triage team. We ask that referrers include as much context as possible about the person's situation and timescale so that we can triage appropriately.

Ready to take the next step?

The door is always open. Whatever brings you here, we would love to hear from you.
